How to improve your IQ

IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, is the measure of intelligence determined by some standardized test procedures. Mental maturity helps children to grasp difficult concepts and enhance ability to accomplish more difficult tasks as they grow up gradually. Ideally all children achieve the same intelligence level at the same time and age, but there may be some exception to achieve the same level of intelligence by some of the children.
There are many practices and habits are essentially required to improve your IQ as discussed in this article:
1. Reading habits:
Reading habits improve the mental ability to comprehend and boost your thinking critically. Reading good books , daily news papers, Current magazines and other periodical will enhance knowledge about current events which are unknown to you and will help to improve your IQ.
2. Writing habits:
Writing habits of anything of your interests and memorable will increase your memory retention power to remember and express the topic later. This will also help to improve IQ level.
3. Playing video games:
Playing problem solving types of video games will stimulate your thinking power and improve your problem solving capability and patience.
4. Solving logic puzzles and crosswords:
Habits to solve logic puzzles will be helpful to improve your memory power to solve such logical problems which will improve your IQ.
5. Hearing and learning efficiently:
Habits of hearing with full concentration of mind along with writing short notes in a note book specially during class lecture or in any discussion forum will help your memory power to increase in remembering the topics later . This habit will improve your IQ.
6. Anticipation and Inquisitiveness:
Anticipation and inquisitiveness to know and learn new things of your interest and capacity of expressing the newly learned subjects through vocabulary techniques will help to increase your IQ.
7. Be with creative and intelligent person:
Following creative, intelligent and successful companion and try to pick up their good and productive thinking which will useful to improve your IQ.
8. Food habits:
Eating healthy and nutritious foods regularly will improve your brain for thinking on innovative ideas which will also improve your IQ.
9. Avoid unnecessary and irrelevant topics and arguments:
Irrelevant and unnecessary topics will not only waste your valuable time but also it will confuse your thoughts and ideas which may be detrimental to improve your IQ level.
10. Test your IQ:
